Board Meeting of 10/25/07

Dear everyone ,

Here are the minutes that we had at last nights meeting. They are as follows:

Practice to start after Thanksgiving this year. We will have one week of practice before the Hillsboro Take Down Tournament. We are having practice at Hutch High Wrestling Room.

District- McPherson

Sub West- Smoky Valley

Tama and Tiffany are going to pay $10.00 to Lance for fees

We are handing out fliers at Gowan Stadium Saturday and Sunday. Toby, Kenny, Sat? and Tama and Kent Sunday.

Talked about Demo in Mid-November

Will pay for coaches card at the end of the year.

January 5, 2007 Buhler Tournament

Next week need to get fliers to schools, and the week after that the demo, thanksgiving and then practice.

Kent is preparing a parent letter

We are keeping our dues at $60.00 and singlet deposit $50.00. If they have more than one child, then the get a $10.00 break.

Next Meeting Thursday November 8, 2007 at Tiffany's 7:30 p.m.

Parent meeting November 15, 2007 at 7:30 p.m. North Gym

Tama talked about the tournament. We need to get ready for that. It is January 19, 2007 this year. Thanks
